Chili Self Storage provides affordable and safe indoor and outdoor storage units for home and business owners. You can stop by or call us for more information about our storage rental rates and services.

We automatically process rent payments on the first of every month, so you must have a debit or a Visa card to rent a space. You’ll be glad to learn that we don’t require a security deposit; however, there will be a one-time fee of $20 to set up your account.

Our Storage Rental Rates

  • 5’ X 10’ will cost you $54
  • 10’ X 10’ will cost you $85
  • 10’ X 15’ will cost you $103
  • 10’ X 20’ will cost you $120
  • Outdoor storage will cost you $2 per foot per month
For example, if you have a 20-foot boat, the rent will be $40 per month. In case of a 10-foot trailer, the rent is $20 per month. Give us a call to find out more.

Prorating the First Month's Rent

Our storage rental rates are based on the size of the indoor or outdoor storage space you require. Depending on when you move in, we may prorate the first month’s rent.

There are several sizes of storage units available. If you’re storing something outdoors, you only pay for the space you’re using. You need to carry your valid driver’s license in order to rent a storage unit or space at Chili Self Storage.
